Conditions of Hire


Fees

A deposit of $500 is required to secure the booking.  The balance of hire fees must be paid one month prior to the date of the function. 


Bond

A $500 bond in addition to the hire fee is payable prior to the hire date which will refunded following an inspection of the venue at the conclusion of the function & return of keys.  


Access

Access to the Pavilion will be dependent on the nature of the function and upon arrangement with the Trust.  A fee of $250 per day for access other than the function date/s will apply.


Access for Weddings Only

Access for weddings may be obtained up to 3 days prior to the function to allow for decorating and tables to be set-up. 

Hirers must vacate the Pavilion by 5pm the day after the function is held unless prior arrangements are made to extend this time.


Cleaning

The Pavilion will be cleaned ready for your function. Depending on when you require access, cleaning will completed prior to obtaining the keys. 

Hirers are required to leave the premises clean and all rubbish removed from the building, the lawns and within proximity of the Pavilion.

All rubbish is to be placed in the dumper at the rear of the building.

Toilets adjacent to the Pavilion will be cleaned and stocked with toilet paper and hand towel the day before the function to ensure they are perfectly fresh, clean and dust free on the function date.   


Function Times

Due to the location of the Pavilion music must cease by midnight and the Pavilion vacated by 12:30am.  

We also ask that you and your guests be mindful of the speed restrictions within the boundary of the Events Centre and on Racecourse Road to ensure a safe journey home at the conclusion of your function.
